Return & Refund Policy

At Brutality London, we take pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy carefully.


UK Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

For hygiene reasons, nightwear, underwear, and intimate items can only be returned if they are unworn and with hygiene seals intact.


International Returns (Outside the UK)

We accept international returns within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Brutality London cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels

Returned items must meet the same conditions as UK returns:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the sender.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Personalised or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at contact@brutalitylondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to be returned

  • Reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
